INSPIRE and NIPI address a number of target groups.  These can be divided into the following categories: * [Providers](../providers) - representing primarily the creators and distributors of spatial information; * [Users of](../users) - represent the consumers of spatial information; * [Coordinator](../coordinator) - ensuring the coordination of the process of creation, operation and development of infrastructure.
